Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During seasonal launches or promotions, processing times may be extended slightly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
At this time, we ship to the United States / the U.S. and select international destinations.
International Shipping (if applicable)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Hawthorn | Ritual Home and Design is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Eligible Returns
Unused, unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@hawthornandhome.com with your order number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
Sale or discounted items
Custom or made-to-order pieces

Damaged or Lost Packages
Hawthorn | Ritual Home and Design is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Vintage & Antique Items
All vintage and antique items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Due to their one-of-a-kind and well-worn nature, vintage and antique pieces may show signs of age, wear, patina, or subtle imperfections developed over time. These characteristics are not considered flaws, but rather part of each piece’s history, beauty, and authenticity.
We take care to photograph and describe all vintage and antique items as accurately as possible. We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions prior to purchasing, as these items cannot be returned once sold.
In the rare event that a vintage or antique item arrives significantly damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can assist you.
